Sven & Co. Jewellery offers complimentary shipping for any item that you would like to return within 12 days. Simply use the return label if enclose in your delivery, or contact us to print a return label. then drop off your package at the nearest FedEx location. 

* if the safety seal on the accessory has broken, it is impossible to return. *Return the product using another carrier or not the return label that we provide will refuse to return.

We offer a One year warranty that also comes with an aftercare service. Providing free polishing and cleaning. (This excludes shipping to and from our warehouse)
After the warranty period, we will still offer the aftercare service at a cost price. 

Our products are hand made which means there can be small imperfections and slight size variations.
These are not considered defects and thus they will not be covered by the free aftercare service.
